During Sept. - Oct. 1998, while Kamla Devi and party was at Mandhali, request for more land was made to the Panchait and public. The local Panchait and public agreed. The boundary walls were erected during Dec. 1998 and Jan. 1999. Earth filling was carried out up to Sept. - Oct. 1999.
